Providing legal updates, useful information and details on new regulations, this event is for landlords, or would be landlords, from across the region.

We should be most grateful if attendees would arrive between 5.45pm - 6pm to allow us the kick off the presentations promptly at 6pm. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible for us to prepare for the correct number of attendees. Thank you.

  • Brett Parry from RiskMonitor will be discussing their comprehensive suite of fire safety services to help you comply with the functional requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • John Penquet from LightLettings will be presenting his app, Kasita, which provides a monthly read of the property market.
  • Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors will be providing an update on the recent Budget and the changes that will affect landlords.

Our room at the Venue is The Wentwood Suite - walk straight through reception to the double doors at the far end, go through the doors and along the corridor to another set of double doors which is the Wentwood Suite.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.

Free car parking is available at the front and side of the Hotel building.
