The Welsh Government have announced a new support package for those impacted by the recent lockdown, including those in the hospitality, tourism and related supply chain sectors.

The purpose of the fund is to support businesses through the most recent restrictions.

There are two separate grants under the Economic Resilience Fund (EFR) Restriction Business Fund:

  • ERF Restrictions Business Grant – To support operating costs for businesses materially impacted by national restrictions. The Government will link this grant to the Non-Domestic Rates (NDR) system.
  • ERF Restrictions Discretionary Grant – To support businesses that are not on the NDR list and therefore not eligible for the NDR linked grants.

The Government also announced the ERF Sector-Specific Support targeted at Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure businesses or supply chain companies.

If you have any questions regarding the support available, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
