Gwent Landlord Forum – 24 September 2019
We would like to invite you to join us at our new series of the Gwent Landlord Forum on Tuesday 24 September 2019. As always, it will be taking place at the Parkway Hotel and Spa, Cwmbran, between 6pm and 8pm.

Speakers
Gareth Harrison, West Environmental Services Limited. Gareth will be explaining the landlord regulations surrounding Asbestos. He will be able to advise on the identifying, investigation, risk assessing and handling of Asbestos.
Michael Wiehahn – Invasive Vegetation Management & Treatment Ltd. Michael will be covering everything we need to know about Japanese Knotweed. What it looks like, how to get rid of it and ensuring properties remain an asset. He will also share some case studies.
Alun Harries, Newport Wastesavers. Alun will talk about what to do when a tenant leaves a property that needs emptying and how the reuse centre can help when furnishing rentals. There will also be advice on handling other waste and recyclables from rental properties.
