Gwent Landlord Forum – 25 September 2018
We are delighted to bring you the new season of our Gwent Landlord Forum, kicking off on Tuesday 25 September, 6pm to 8pm at the Parkway Hotel in Cwmbran.
As always, our invitation goes out to all who may be interested in attending this FREE event. So if you know someone who is a landlord or thinking about becoming a landlord, please do pass this invitation on to them – we are always happy to welcome new guests.

Emily Samuel, Letting Agency Manager at SerenLiving, will be covering the 3 most common mistakes landlords make and how to avoid them.
Simon White, from the Welsh Government, will be giving you an update on the Renting Homes Act. Things are constantly changing and being updated so hear about all the latest legislation that will affect you.
We should be most grateful if attendees would arrive between 5.45pm – 6pm to allow us the kick off the presentations promptly at 6pm. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible for us to prepare for the correct number of attendees. Thank you.
