Barrie Kenyon, Partner of Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors. Barrie will be providing a tax update and an overview of HMRC’s new Making Tax Digital system, due to take effect in April.
Chris Birch, of Apollo Wales. The evolution of the Hotelier has been the core principal of Apollo’s Housekeeping division and for the past three years, they’ve created a streamlined service to maximise the potential of every AirBnB and Serviced Apartment they maintain. Chris will be providing practical guidance on what’s achievable, what a tenant looks for and the regular pitfalls many find when new to the market, with best practice ways on how to avoid them.
With the Capital suffering with a shortage of adequate Hotels but having World Class events, we need to provide bespoke properties tailored to every Client with a standard that’s bookable, affordable and profitable. With a little guidance, he hopes we can achieve that.
