Gwent Landlord Forum – 27 March 2018
We would like to invite you to join us at our fourth Gwent Landlord Forum of the 2017/18 season taking place on Tuesday 30 January between 6pm and 8pm at the Parkway Hotel in Cwmbran.

Speakers
Emma Cooke from Torfaen Borough Council Planning will be covering:
- consumer protection legislation that affect landlords, ranging from potential unfair contract terms in tenancy agreements, and fees, to energy performance certificates, and
- the new minimum energy rating regulations coming into force from April 2018.
Anne Garrett from Torfaen Borough Council Planning will be giving:
- an overview on Housing legislation which governs the letting of properties in the Private Rented Sector including the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and Rent Smart Wales.
Green & Co Accountants and Tax Advisors will be giving:
- top tips for landlords to minimise their tax.
