Have You Moved From Onsite To Website?
According to a study conducted by Nominet, tradespeople who have their own website reap the rewards of an additional 21 jobs per year, on average worth £16,590.
Despite all the obvious advantages of making the move from ‘onsite’ to ‘website’, around 35% pf tradesmen and women are yet to make the move. 24% do not know where to start, and 1 in 10 believe it would be too expensive.
Russell Haworth, CEO of Nominet, says that making the move online is proving beneficial up and down the country. ‘With more of us going online to look for trade services, many plumbers and painters might find themselves losing out on business when consumers need expert help in a hurry.’
‘From displaying pictures of past jobs, to customer testimonials and accreditation badges, a website isn’t just your online CV, it’s your chance to make a great first impression.’
With all the benefits on offer, is it time for your business to make the move to online?
