If you’re a freelancer working in the cultural and creative sectors in Wales, you may eligible for support through the Cultural Recovery Fund – targeted specifically at those in the freelance sector hit hardest by the coronavirus pandemic.
A grant of £2,500 is being made available per individual, to support with immediate cash flow to help through the disrupted period.
Applications are welcomed from both full and part time freelancers, and those who operate as a limited company, as long as you can demonstrate that you are the only person involved in the company.
Those who have received support from either the Government Job Retention Scheme or the Self-employment Income Support Scheme and are experiencing financial challenges are still eligible for this fund.
The fund already had two phases in October, but reopened for Phase 3 on Monday 23 November.
Applications will be treated on a first come first served basis, so please apply as soon as possible.
If you have any questions regarding the support available, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
