Well-being Policy

Green & Co is committed to fostering a work environment that supports our employees’ overall health and well-being. We believe that employees who feel valued and supported are more likely to be happy, healthy, and productive.

Policy Objectives

  • To create a supportive and inclusive work environment where employees feel comfortable seeking help and expressing concerns.
  • To promote healthy work practices and prevent burnout.
  • To improve work-life balance and enable employees to disconnect after work hours.
  • To provide access to resources and programs that support employees’ physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.

Employee well-being domains

This policy focuses on the following seven key domains of well-being:

  • Physical Well-being—We encourage healthy habits through access to gym discounts, healthy snacks and filtered cold water.
  • Mental Well-being – We offer resources to support mental health, including Beneden Health Care and access to therapists.
  • Emotional Well-being – We foster a culture of respect and understanding and encourage open communication between employees and managers.
  • Social Well-being – We provide opportunities for employees to connect with colleagues through team-building events, social events and regular lunches.
  • Financial Well-being – We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Environmental Well-being – We strive to create a safe and healthy work environment that is mindful of the environment.
  • Occupational Well-being – We provide opportunities for professional development and growth and encourage open communication about workload and work-life balance.

Supportive measures

  • We will provide regular communication on well-being initiatives and resources.
  • We will encourage managers to have regular conversations with employees about their well-being and workload.
  • We will offer flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance, where possible.
  • We will continue to develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being.

Confidentiality and non-discrimination

We are committed to protecting the privacy of employees who seek support or utilise well-being resources. Employees will not be discriminated against for using these resources.

Policy Review

This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure it remains effective in supporting employee well-being.
